As the upgrading of industrial structure in China,the traditional industries run by the larger negative impact.As a member of the traditional manufacturing,sales income of LFmachinery co.,LTD.has fallen dramatically in the past two years,which led directly to the decrease in the revenue of sales staff,on the other hand,in order to strengthen the management of accounts receivable,the company changed the conditions under which the sales personnel can get the sales commissions,which heightened the decrease of employee income,and the company sales staff turnover rate increased significantly.In order to maintain the stability of the sales team,it is necessary to redesign the sales personnel's salary system for the enterprise managers,so as to attract,motivate and retain talent,provide human resource guarantee for the growth of sales revenue,grabbing market share and enterprise development.Besides the introduction such as research background,research purpose and significance,the main content and basic ideas of the research,firstly the thesis discussed the related theories of compensation management,including the connotation and structure of compensation,the design patterns of salary system,and salary incentive theoriessuch as content incentive theory,process incentive theory,and comprehensive incentive theory.Secondly,the thesis analyzed the current situation of the sales staff salary system of LF machinery co.,LTD.,including the basic situation and the organizational structure of the sales staff,the present situation of salary system of sales personnel,salary satisfaction survey of the sales personnel,and the main problems of salary system of sales personnel in LF machinery co.,LTD.Thirdly,on the basis of the analysis of the present situation of salary system,the optimization design scheme of salary system of LF machinery co.,LTD sales staff was put forward,including the principle of design,design process,post value evaluation,and optimization design of salary system from regular salary,floated salary,subsidies and allowances,and benefits four aspects.Finally,implementation guarantee of salary optimization scheme was discussed from the optimization of organizational structure,the perfection of performance evaluation system,the strengthening of the construction of other human resource management system,theenhancing of the construction of enterprise culture,and paying more attention to propaganda and communication in five aspects.
