Human resources management emphasizes people as a scarce resource to look and manage,in the face of a competitive market environment,many large enterprises,listed companies are in the basic management to improve,and this one of the links are inseparable from the people Intellectual and physical support.The improvement of the compensation system is being paid by the state and the private entrepreneurs,how to play the adjustment mechanism of the salary,establish a good disposable income benign interaction,according to the distribution of labor output,the rational operation of the enterprise applied to the construction of the salary system,Become inseparable as a whole,is becoming the focus of the current scholars to explore and learn.The following article analyze the design of compensation system and partial reality situation for Aerospace Science and Industry Harbin Fenghua Co.Ltd.which is based on theory of Chinese national design and management of compensation.It is particularly interpret the obstruct on salary and promotion,the unfairness of the payments for different jobs,the disjoint between flotation wage and performance assessment,and the disadvantage of narrow-band compensation for differentiating salary.Based on it,this article carry out the job analysis,fixed post,post evaluation by the 28 factors method.Redesign the post salary by the concept design and simplify the orig inal post level,finally form a new salary system with a new seven level based on post.Each level is designed with corresponding broadband and there is coincidence between broadband.To represent its advanced idea which inspire stuff to get a pay rise wit h post promotion.Finally,the article combine the performance assessment and salary system and carry out the improved design of floating salary which is conducted by three dimensions of company,department and individual and directed by the post responsibility.By doing this,it can greatly enhance the flexibility and incentive of the salary system.Through the establishment of a more fair,incentive and effective salary system,the purpose is to employees as the starting point and the foothold,employee performance behavior as the main basis for pay adjustment,so that fixed wages and floating wages of mutual integration.At the same time,the comprehensive use of human resource management theory knowledge,in the whole process of pay improvement to be rea sonable,well documented,and effectively achieve the combination of theory and practice,and the improvement of the manufacturing compensation system to provide a reference.
