Enterprises to occupy the market and create a profit is the foundation of the foundation,to achieve the enterprise strategic objectives,sales link is a top priority,sales staff for realizing the objective of the enterprise management is the important human resources.With the further development of market economy in our country,the modern enterprise management concept deepening,more and more enterprises have realized the significance of human capital.Enterprises to achieve strategic objectives,excellent sales staff human capital has become the important influencing factors of enterprise expanding development.Therefore,how to better motivate salespeople play its motivation and potential,drive enterprises to realize strategic target,has become the focus of enterprise management focus.Pay the most widely used as incentives,one of the most effective way,is the enterprise not only,more personal attention to care about.Enterprise sales staff because of its characteristics,its expectations and requirements for compensation is often higher,and the sales staff to pay satisfaction affects the attitude of sales staff to carry out the sales job,is bound to affect the sales process,will affect corporate interests.So,want to achieve the enterprise the management goal,must attract and retain outstanding sales personnel,which requires enterprises to establish a scientific and standardized,complete the comprehensive compensation incentive system.This article through studies at home and abroad pay satisfaction,salary incentive,the basic definition and related theory,build up the compensation satisfaction,the comprehensive compensation system and the relationship between compensation incentive theory,based on the sample enterprises in xinjiang local dried fruit products sales enterprise datang company sales personnel salary satisfaction questionnaire,analysis the datang company exist in the current economy compensation directly basic working set unreasonable,such problems as performance commission incentive;Existing in the current indirect economy compensation benefits form a single,such problems as lack of systematic training;And practical problems such as datang company lack of non-material compensation also lead to low sales staff degree of satisfaction evaluation.Based on analysis of related theory research,this paper argues that datang company because of the lack of scientific system of unreasonable compensation system,post setting,to do not take the human resource management,enterprise culture has not yet fully formed,and obvious effect of the family-owned enterprise management factors,leading to the current salary incentive system is not consistent with enterprise development and talent demand.At the same time,in order to further enhance improve datang company salary structure,this paper puts forward the realization of dynamic compensation management,build a comprehensive compensation system,attract and retain key sales staff,form a benefit community improvement project of salary incentive target adjustment,and puts forward through the salary strategy clearly positioning,and adjust the compensation position for examination and assessment of performance evaluation system,to establish scientific and effective incentive system,introducing multiple incentive model and so on package design thinking and process,improve datang company salary incentive mode.This paper adopts the comprehensive compensation system in pay satisfaction survey in direct economic compensation,indirect economy compensation,non-material compensation related theory as the evaluation index,and combining the theory of comprehensive compensation salary incentive improvement scheme was proposed.Datang company is in rapid development period in this paper the production and marketing of integrated enterprise,its sales staff pay system problems,also exists in most of the development of small and medium-sized private enterprises,therefore,this topic selection of other small and medium-sized private enterprises have certain reference function.
