Design Institute of Daqing Oilfield is in a critical period of strategic development.This critical period,on the one hand to create a very good opportunity for our development,on the other hand so that we are faced with many challenges.DOE has a group of experienced,hard-working,professional and technical team can fight a hard battle,these are the foundation of our inherent rapid sustainable development.But there are still a lot of development challenges:the total lack of technical personnel,the team structure is irrational,the core talent is still insufficient number of important areas,the need to expand the scale of technology leading talent,and the relative lack of international business people,but also can not meet the business development need to wait.The existing training system can not meet the requirements of enterprise development strategy,the urgent need for human resource training Daqing hospital system was optimized to achieve sustainable development of the company.In this thesis,the state-owned integrated Class Institute:Institute of Daqing Oilfield for the study,focusing on the training of its human resources.First,based on the study of domestic and international human resource training related theories,in terms of the overall profile of Daqing hospital,the present situation of workers and employees,such as appraisal and incentives,combined with a state-owned Institute of Daqing hospital characteristics,the Daqing Oilfield Institute of Human Resources depth analysis of the current situation.Secondly,according to the Institute of Daqing Oilfield human resources analysis,and statistical analysis of the results of the investigation combined with visits to further the status of Daqing hospital training system for analysis.In summing up the Daqing hospital training has been made on the basis of performance,diagnose problems and analyze the causes of existing training training system exists.Finally,based on the analysis,design principles and ideas from the Institute of Daqing Oilfield training system,training organizations,training process,training program design and other aspects of the existing human resources training system to optimize the design,and develop appropriate safeguards.Final training and development strategy to achieve synchronization,and enhance the company's core competitiveness purposes.Institute of Daqing Oilfield make innovative development ideas,the development of energy savings,improve the quality of development,and constantly work to create a new situation,to promote the construction of a comprehensive international engineering company.
