With the development of social economy,people's demand for electricity is increasing,which leads to the development of power industry.Development is faced with competition,and this competition and challenges require enterprises to have a strong response ability and competitiveness.In order to stand out in many enterprises,the overall quality of power plant staff is one of the key problems that cannot be avoided.As the leader of the electric power enterprises in TongLiao,TongLiao power generation plant faces the opportunities as well as the competition pressure from the market and other enterprises.Therefore,it is the most important point that is to break the traditional training concept,set up new innovative training which is in line with the market requirements,meet the actual needs of employees and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of power plants.Therefore,we based on the traditional training theory and training innovation,using the literature research method and system analysis method and case analysis method.Firstly,the paper detailes analysis of the existing situation and process in staff training in TongLiao power plant,training concept,lacking of knowledge,training content,and the training methods old teaching system is not reasonable,and the implementation of the training process is not strict,then the evaluation of the training is simple;secondly,this paper analyzes the reasons,and then puts forward the innovative training of staff,including innovative training ideas,innovative training methods,innovative training teachers' team building,innovation training system construction,etc.TongLiao power generation plant insists on the “people-oriented” policy to create a suitable for enterprise development training innovation program,so that enterprises and employees can benefit from training to achieve “win-win”.
