Since the 12th five-year plan,China’s Marine transportation industry to participate in the international trade in goods quantity and amount increased year by year,the rapid development of the Marine transportation is the main channel of China’s participation in international trade,so the development of international trade to the requirement of the bearing capacity of the Marine transportation industry increase year by year,ocean transportation industry get rapid development.But the Marine transportation industry when compared with the international Marine transportation power is still inadequate.In view of the factors influencing the Marine transportation industry,this paper analyzed one by one,find out the deficiency of the Marine transportation industry development in our country,finally it is concluded that shortcoming in our country the international environment and the technical strength,our country’s international environment and the technical strength in a position of absolute inferiority,the specific ship structure,is refers to the shipping policy,foreign relations and Marine transportation enterprise comprehensive management development ability.Insufficient in put forward on the basis of combining with the development of foreign experience and lessons put forward reasonable Suggestions.Concrete has the following four points:first,the optimization of structure and further improve the transport ability;Second,to perfect our laws and regulations of the maritime transportation and further optimize the industrial supporting policies;Third,do well the diplomatic relations and further expand its shipping lanes;Fourth,strengthen the enterprises strategy and competition level,and further enhance the international competitiveness.This paper combined with the two aspects of Marine transportation and industrial international competitiveness of the relevant theory gives the definition of Marine transportation industry international competitiveness.Secondly,combining the existing Marine industrial international competitiveness theory,find the relevant international competitiveness research methods in the applicability of the international Marine transportation problem and shortage,and to find out suitable methods in this paper,combined with the existing method and proper treatment and is used in this article.Again in China compared with the rest of the world ocean transportation industry development status and the related theory that affecting the main factors thatinfluence the Marine transportation industry international competitiveness.The Marine transportation industry international competitiveness evaluation model is established by adopting the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis method of main Marine transportation industry countries on international competitiveness of quantitative evaluation,using the result of the analysis of our country and the world’s major countries of the gap between Marine transportation industry international competitiveness level,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.
