Research On The Competitiveness Of China’s Marine Biopharmaceutical Industry

China is a big maritime country with vast seas and abundant marine biological resources.In order to solve the problems of population growth,resource shortage and ecological environment deterioration,it is necessary to scientifically and rationally develop and utilize marine biological resources.As a strategic marine emerging industry,the marine biopharmaceutical industry uses marine biological resources as raw materials to extract its active ingredients,and conducts the production,processing and manufacturing activities of marine medicines and marine health products.Vigorously developing the marine biopharmaceutical industry can not only drive the development of traditional marine industries such as marine fishery,and promote the upgrading of marine industrial structure,but also a new growth point for future marine economic development,providing an industrial foundation for building a marine power.In recent years,China has provided conditions and brought opportunities for the development of the marine biopharmaceutical industry through policy guidance and capital injection.However,judging from the current development trend of the marine biopharmaceutical industry,there are still problems such as unreasonable industrial structure,decline of fishery resources,and insufficient scientific research transformation capacity in its development process.In view of this,how to improve the deficiencies in the development of the marine biopharmaceutical industry and enhance the competitiveness of the marine biopharmaceutical industry is an urgent problem to be solved in the current development of China’s marine biopharmaceutical industry.The marine biopharmaceutical industry has strong correlation and high driving force.The development of the marine biopharmaceutical industry can drive the development of regional economy and society.Therefore,how to enhance the competitiveness of marine biopharmaceutical industry,promote the development of marine strategic emerging industries,change the development mode of marine economy,and seize the commanding heights of a new round of marine economy is the only way to build a "marine power".In this context,this paper studies the competitiveness of China’s marine biopharmaceutical industry and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions based on its development trend.Based on the industrial competitiveness theory,comparative advantage theory and marine industry competitiveness theory,this paper expounds the current situation of China’s marine biopharmaceutical industry development,and uses SWOT analysis to summarize China’s marine biopharmaceutical industry.The advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the development of the pharmaceutical industry.According to the SWOT analysis results,the following conclusions are drawn: At the technical level,despite the guidance of national policies,the maturity of scientific and technological achievements in the marine biopharmaceutical industry is still not high,which leads to a low conversion rate of scientific research achievements.The intellectual property system is not perfect,resulting in the lack of innovation vitality in the industry;at the talent level,although a large number of colleges and universities have set up marine pharmacy disciplines for talent training,compared with developed countries,my country’s marine education methods are relatively simple and The educational concept is relatively backward,and the cultivation of marine awareness is relatively late;at the policy level,although there are a large number of policies to guide and support the development of the marine biopharmaceutical industry,most of the policies are relatively general and there are no specific measures;at the economic level,Although there is government financial support,the high risk of the marine biopharmaceutical industry results in insufficient social capital and industrial capital;at the social level,although our country has abundant fishery resources,the lack of a scientific management mechanism has caused fishery resources The phenomenon of recession has restricted the development of the marine biopharmaceutical industry to a certain extent.Then,through factor analysis method,comparative analysis method and chart analysis method,the article constructs the evaluation index system of marine biopharmaceutical industry competitiveness from three aspects: basic support,economic support and scientific and technological personnel support,and quantitatively analyzes the competitiveness of marine biomedicine industry.Change trends and main influencing factors,and on this basis,qualitatively analyze the reasons for this result.This paper selects the same index data from 2006 to 2017,uses SPSS 22.0 statistical software,and uses principal component analysis to obtain two common factors(development vitality,technological innovation factor and economic development,structure)that affect the development of marine biopharmaceutical industry.optimization factor)and calculate its common factor score and comprehensive score.According to the score results,the competitiveness of China’s marine biopharmaceutical industry in different periods is compared and analyzed,and the following conclusions are drawn: First,the development vigor and the amount of indicators included in the technological innovation factor are the factors that have a greater impact on the development of the marine biopharmaceutical industry.Second,in the research time period selected in this paper,the competitiveness of China’s marine biopharmaceutical industry was the highest in 2007,followed by 2008 and 2016.According to the analysis,the most competitive marine biopharmaceutical industry in China in 2007 was mainly the marine biopharmaceutical industry at that time.Under the guidance of national policies,the biopharmaceutical industry has shown outstanding achievements in technological innovation and development vitality.Third,the overall competitiveness of the marine biopharmaceutical industry showed a downward trend after 2008,because the financial crisis in 2008 restricted development funds.In 2016,the competitiveness of the marine biopharmaceutical industry rebounded because policies guided the optimization of the industry and expanded the scale of the industry.Fourth,improving the competitiveness of the marine biopharmaceutical industry is a gradual process.We should not only pay attention to the level of marine scientific and technological innovation,but also pay attention to the optimization and development of the marine biopharmaceutical industry structure.Finally,based on the research results,targeted countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the competitiveness of China’s marine biopharmaceutical industry are put forward,and it is believed that it is urgent to optimize the structure of marine biopharmaceutical industry,build marine biopharmaceutical industry clusters;High-quality development of the biopharmaceutical industry;protect the marine ecological environment and achieve sustainable
