China's life insurance business was restored in 1984.Since that time, It has been to maintain a rapid rate of development. China Insurance Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as CIRC)'latest data shows that premium income of China's life insurance was 1.06 trillion yuan in 2010, an increase of 31.1%. With the deepening of openness, a large number of foreign insurance companies began entering into our country. Especially American International Assurance Company introduced the personal market System in 1993, a large number of life insurance agents began to active in the insurance market. CIRC's latest data shows that, as to the first half of 2010, there was 263.25 million life insurance agents. But the China's life insurance industry still has some problems-as the high turnover rate and the low quality of life insurance agents.To solve the above problems, the subject of the paper is to study the cause of life insurance agent turnover. First of all, the paper introduces the status of the loss agents and the impact to the life insurance company from the states. Then I research the cause of turnover with the data from the questionnaire. Finally, the paper gives some advices from two aspects.The paper is divided into five parts:Chapter I, introduction. This part introduces the purpose of this study, the research significance and research methods.Chapter II, status of China's life insurance agent turnover. This part introduces the status of the loss agents and the impact to the life insurance company from the states, which plays a role in paving the way for the following study in the third part.Chapter III, causes of China's life insurance agents turnover-to four marketing case. I research the causes of turnover with the data from the questionnaire. The causes including pay mode, performance evaluation model, working hours and on.Chapter IV, the advices for solving the high turnover rate of China's life insurance agent. This part gives the advices for solving the problems from two parts which are life insurance company and CIRC.Chapter V, conclusion. This part introduces the paper's major conclusions and the lack of research.The features and innovations of the paper:this article not only for theoretical study, but using the data form the questionnaire for research.Lack of research:(1) The results of data analysis can't support enough for the theoretical study because of the number of samples is limited.(2) This article only gives a brief description of the statistics, the results can not be more representative than econometric methods, but also to be improved.(3) Because of the limited capacity and knowledge, the questionnaire still have many problems. I should strengthen the study in the future.
