Search For JC Co.,Ltd's Human Resource Planning

With the rapid development of emerging technologies such as large data and artificial intelligence,the support role of talent in promoting innovation and development is becoming more and more important.To make good use of human resources requires scientific human resource planning,and human resource planning can make human resource management more standardized and more efficent,so as to ensure enterprises achieve their development goals.JC CO.,LTD is a company with the main business of Non-ferrous metal smelting,processing and marketing,and it is a pioneer in leading the transformation and upgrading of local resource-based cities,so deeply concerned by the local government,enterprises and people.Under the guidance of human resource planning and related theory,this paper has carried out human resource planning research on JC company through field research,data analysis and other methods.Firstly,analyzs the status of human resources of JC company,and find out the problems existing in present human resources planning.Secondly,analysis the human resource demand and supply in the next few years.Thirdly,work out the program of human resource planning and relevant principles to make sure the planning can work.Human resource planning has important significance for enterprise's human resource management,this paper try to improve JC's human resource management level and promote its better development,at the same time,to provide some inspiration for the same type of other enterprises in the human resource planning and management.
