With the ever deepening economic globalization having gradually evolved into the cultural globalization,the competition between the economic strength of enterprises also develops into the competition for the comprehensive influence of enterprise culture.At the same time,it is now a norm for those transnational corporations of China to carry out economic and trading activities in the pluralistic and complex cultural environment,which brings them a series of burning questions need to be solved such as how to avoid multicultural risks,how to solve the multicultural problems,and how to enhance the comprehensive influences of enterprise culture.In this paper,by mainly using methods of literature research and system analysis,combining with the theoretical achievements of relevant research at home and abroad as well as specific cases and literature materials obtained through field visits and collection in many ways,and from the synthesized perspective of culture philosophy,management philosophy,systems philosophy and other disciplines,on the one hand,the in-depth analysis on three key elements that influencing the operation mechanism of Chinese transnational corporation's enterprise culture,such as native culture,transnational corporation's business community,and the cultural environment of host country,has been conducted.On the other hand,the operation mechanism of Chinese transnational corporation's enterprise culture is thorough analyzed in four basic aspect:fundamental standard,fundamental principle,operation mode,and main progress.And on this basis,the resources strengthening construction of enterprise culture are attempt to be figured out for operation mechanism of transcultural production and operating activities developed by Chinese transnational corporations.Through the research,it is argued in this paper that:First,to achieve the innovative fusion of multiculturalism is the best way for transnational corporations to crack multicultural problems;Secondly,while building enterprise culture in a kind of life-style that highly endorsed by both Chinese and foreign employees must be the ultimate goal of Chinese transnational corporation's enterprise culture;Third,in order to achieve this best way and the ultimate goal,we need to broaden our horizons-in the main components of the social system to establish the important position of corporate culture,improve the organizational structure-in the establishment of cultural early warning specialized departments to serve the daily management and operation,focus on system construction-to institutional culture as the basis to promote the positive interaction between the elements to ensure that unity of knowledge and practice-the understanding of corporate culture in the enterprise business practice to implement;Fourthly,for deeper study on the best way and eventually achievement of the ultimate goal,the construction of system culture makes an ideal subject of future research.
