At present, as the global economic and political uncertainty, TransnationalCorporation is facing a new era background, how to adjust strategies and coping withuncertainty, is the key to gain competitive advantage of Transnational Corporation.Transnational Corporation’s characteristic and the particularity of human resourcesand talent flow peak, brings more challenges to the human resource management ofTransnational Corporation, such as management process will involve factors ofcross-cultural conflict management, localization management, recruitmentmanagement, he’s more effect. Under the era of knowledge economy, as the coreforce of enterprise development of knowledge workers, is a Transnational corporationto develop the backbone, is main force of human resource, knowledge workers havetheir own advantages and at the same time, also has its particularity. Therefore, howto motivate knowledge workers is the key of human resource management ofTransnational corporation, will directly affect the Transnational corporation’smanagement efficiency and level of development. First of all, through data collectionand survey analysis, the knowledge staff incentive theory and the theory ofredefinition and analysis, according to the domestic and foreign related researchtheory, puts forward the research purpose and research starting point; Secondly,in-depth analysis of China Transnational corporation development characteristics,knowledge type staff characteristics and incentive method, proposed the knowledgeof Chinese Transnational Corporation employee incentive strategy problems; Finally,through the construction of the knowledge of Chinese Transnational Corporation staffincentive mechanism, the incentive policy of knowledge of Chinese TransnationalCorporation staff of four levels, in order to improve the effectiveness of motivation ofknowledge employees of the Transnational Corporation in China, promote the rapidand healthy development of China’s Transnational Corporation.
