The Study Of Optimizing The Organization Structure During Transnational Operation In D German Company To Chinese Market

Since 1980s, along with the globalization speed up and as well the Chinese market had been continually opening. So more and more foreign companies came into China, specially some super and big international companies brought their strong capital and newer technologies and as well the newest management concept. For example, the pattern to make the sales and production separate is the one taken by most of the companies during the transnational operation. Some super or big companies were very successful to take this pattern in some other market before coming to Chinese market, so they can just make the copy from the successful experiences to Chinese market. Actually the result could tell us these companies did do very successful based on this operation pattern. But for some medium and small companies which just-started the transnational process or plan to do that also want to take this kind of pattern to come into Chinese market and reach to company’s, strategy target. Due to lack of same experiences and different product group these M&S companies met lots of questions and challenges, especially how to define the right operation structure is the main factor to be influence to the operation efficiency, direct influence factors to make these companies running successful or not in the strong competition market.Here to take a German company which I am working for as a study sample, as well with current operation situation from some other transnational companies in the market to learn and analysis the German company:How to set up the strategy target? How to define the operation structure under this target? What kind of advantages and challenges given by this operation structure? Based on the knowledge of Operation Management, Strategy Management, Project Management, Human Resource Management and so on, to learn more about company operation structure then make the optimization plan so that other companies which want to do transnational operation can take the references. Which can help the companies make the right strategy target and set up the right operation structure. Especially at the moment more and more Chinese companies are doing or planning to go out, to do the transnational process to get global market. Hopefully the papers can be the references to these Chinese companies which can go successful during the globalization.
