The Development Of Chinese Transnational Corporation: Theory,Experience And Path Direction

As the investor, the transnational corporation plays an important role in development of the world economy, since World War II. The strategy point in national economic development and growth in most countries of world is building up multinational enterprises with competition superiority over other corporation. With openness the economy to foreign trade in China and globalization developing in the word. As openness grow older in China and globalization expanded rapidly in world, "going out" of the enterprises connected with China is "new generator" which gives great impetus to Chinese economic growth. And, it is connected with the prospects for the 21th century economic growth, to speed up the development of Chinese multinational enterprise.This paper begins with the critique of theories based on development of transnational corporation in China and describes the pattern of activities of transnational corporation in developing countries, especially the particularity of contradiction which lies ahead of growth in Chinese transnational corporation thus summarizes options of policy and line in Chinese transnational corporation. This paper is made up of four parts. Part one is a general idea about the types and characteristic of transnational corporation .In part two the author of the article discussed the Western theory of transnational corporation, the author believes there is an use for reference in their method that china can make use of. How to form theoretical system of transnational corporation is one of research projects. Based on the review and discussion of the relevant material about three different modes, the dissertation brings up a distinct definition against Modes of transnational corporation, and summarized relaxed mode that suits in China. Taking China transnational corporation as specimen for demonstration research, the author interpreters the formation and selection of the mode for the transnational corporation in China and discussed the related key elements and raised stages of the reforming transnational corporation in China. Part four is key point of thearticle. In the part, we have the presented the situation of Chinese transnational corporation, and made comprehensive analysis on the strategic significance of developing Chinese transnational corporation. According to Chinese and international experience with management and developing of the international corporation, describes the effects on development of Chinese corporation. And based on the analysis of environmental state in the development of transnational corporation, this paper puts forward a hypothesis "difference in growth" of transnational corporation. This article does some research on the a hypothesis difference in growth, the research comes to some significant conclusions, mainly including making a selection of Macro-Policy and analyzing Micro-basics.
