| After Chinese assurance trade being opened, the competition becomes more fiercer. In this situation, training can help to provide more persons of ability, to improve the worker's quality and enhance the competing competence. But in the days when the learning organization training becomes a new training concept, the traditional stuff training model can not adjust to the assurance trade's development. So it is important for assurance companies to build a new training model. This article uses systematic method, comparing method, analyzing and comparing method, and some examples, integrates lots of training theories and practices, to create learning stuff training model. Its purpose is to provide a more systematic and scientific guide on concept.First, this article introduces some relating theories, then analyses the problems and their reasons in the training process of Chinese assurance companies.
