On condition of economy globalization,the competition for markets is more and more fierce.So,if enterprises want to survival and development on the society,they should take effective competition strategies,to know ourselves,know yourself.How to adapt to the current severe competition market,formulate development strategies suited to their own characteristics,complete the business transformation and sustainable development,is Important strategic significance.for XAMH Co.to become bigger,stronger.Firstly,by using Porter's Competition nalysis Model,this paper analyses and evaluates the competition position of XIMH Co..By analyzing this company's inne rresource from organization structure,product and technology structure,gaining ability and marketing,the paper summarizes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of this company,and finds out main problems which in fluence the company's sustained development.Secondly,the paper establish the evaluation index system for XIMH Co.competitiveness of enterprises,and find out the XIMH Co.core competence and competitive strategy.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the core competence,this thesis also put forward a number of the relevant supporting measures,including mechanism reform,reform of organizational structure,clearingt business development strategy,the establishment of effective human resource incentives,strengthening enterprise brand management and marketing management.
