A Study On The Management Mode Of The Family Farm In Zhejiang Province

Family farm is a new entity that stimulates rural economy and vitality.It is the main body of farmers' participation in market competition,and also is an effective carrier carrying agricultural development mode.As the economy in the forefront of the country in Zhejiang,Familyfarms have been rapid development in recent years.However,there are some problems in the development of family farms in Zhejiang Province.If these problems exist,it will affect the sustained and healthy development of family farms.Then,the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods are used to elaborate the development status and main business model of family farms in Zhejiang Province,and the characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of various business models.Based on the above background,in order to increase the income of peasants,accelerate the prosperity of rural areas and accelerate the development of agricultural modernization,this paper,based on the theory of agricultural economies of scale,industrial clusters and agricultural industrialization management,obtained 120 households in Zhejiang Province through field research and visits of the research data.Based on the statistics of family farms in Zhejiang Province from 2013 to 2016,this paper expounds the operation of family farms under various business models in the form of typical case analysis,and obtains the results,compares the operation of family farms under various business models by contrastive analysis,and points out their problems in the course of business;The policy is weak,little support;lack of social services,the external environment is not ideal;lack of talent,management is not high and so on.Finally,according to the actual situation of family farms in Zhejiang Province,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the family farm management mode in Zhejiang province.The conclusion:(1)The appropriate family farm management model has a strong promotion effect on the development of family farms in Zhejiang Province,but there is still room for development.(2)" Family farms + cooperatives " and "Family farms + cooperatives + companies Enterprise " model is currently more suitable for the development of family farms business model.Policy suggestion: Improve the management model,improve the efficiency of the organization;improve the supportive policies;strengthen education and training,training talents;improve the social service mechanism to promote the healthy development of farms.
