Research Of The Model Of The Family Farm Tourism Development

The realistic background of family farm produces in China currently is that China needs to shift its surplus labor and needs the help of scale economies to improve not only the efficiency of agricultural production but also the production and living conditions of farmers.This paper argues that tourism development of family farm is a new way that can combine industry agriculture and service industry together. In essence of developing family Farm tourism,is based on the development of leisure agriculture. At present our country’s Leisure agriculture relies on family farms is still in the initial stage, even if a few area practice firstly, family farms closely,and tourism cohesion is also quite a tacit understanding of the case. Throughout the world, Family farm tourism in Europe, United States,Japan,Chinese Taiwan and other developed countries or regions are the most popular. These countries（regions） give strong support in all aspects of policies and funds to explore the development of a unique family farm,every year attracts millions of tourists go sightseeing.Family farm tourism plays a huge role in promoting development of regional agriculture and rural economy.The successful experience of advanced countries and regions in the leisure agriculture development process is worthy of our reference.In this paper,starting from the research on local existing case of family farm tourism in Nanjing. Try to summarize and analysis of gains and losses, that full consideration will be needed to small farmers in tourism decision stage,especially avoiding invalid decision of government;the development of tourism should follow the theory of experience economy,leisure agriculture sustainable development theory, and pay attention to the cultivation of high-quality farmers,pay attention to Chinese traditional culture of Xiangxian.The family farm tourism scale is different from other types of tourism activities,should follow the principle of agriculture first. At the development stage of the destination, we should especially be attention to the conflict between the stakeholders Only respecting and giving smal farmers to tourism development benefits, can provide a stable development environment for family farm tourism development.
