Small Breeding With Ecological Family Farm Mode And Research

Mode of mini family farm is developed with the combination of raising crops and livestock. This mode achieves the high efficient production and the ecological utilization of manure resource, which improves the environment and decreases the cost of chemical fertilizer. This mode can change the traditional mode of agriculture production and expand the growth space of ecological agriculture.In April, 2008, this mode was initiated in Songjiang district with the strategy of supported by government, managed by enterprise and raising in family farm. In brief, enterprise provided the seedling, offspring, forage, service and money to family farm who only in charge of raising the animals.This mode is the newly developed method that firstly started in Songjiang district in Shanghai. To date, 25 family farms were established since 2008. This thesis analyzed the essentiality and importance of this mode of agriculture production by summarizing the two years experience and the comparison with the family farm mode in overseas countries. This thesis also gave some suggestions for the better development of mode in future.As the results, the present study confirmed this mode effectively resolved the problems such as separation of raising crops and livestock, difficulty in the utilization of manure. This mode provided a new method for the establishment of modern agriculture to obtain sustainable development.
