The Research On Project Risk Management Of Yun Jin Ying Company O2O Shop Product Devolepment

With the rapid development of mobile Internet and e-commerce,people's online shopping payment,offline experience and consumption are increas ing.The fragmentation of shopping and entertainment is the main way of life for young people.In order to compete for the market to win customers,a variety of O2 O platforms such as bamboo shoots after a spring rain.However,the complexity,uncertainty and incompleteness of each link and process of the O2 O project development process,the O2 O project risk is more and more big,including business model,market environment,competitive analysis,development process,proj ect management,will have a great impact on the whole project,so the research and development of O2 O project risk management is extremely important.This paper gives a detailed and in-depth analysis on the current situation and problems of Yun Jin Ying company supermarket O2 O project risk mana gement,combined with the project risk management theory,put forward a set of risk management measures,in order to reduce the company project risk,improve the success rate of the project.Firstly,the WBS-RBS matrix is used to identify the main risk factors in the project development.Secondly,through the construction of technical risk analysis index,the risk degree of the whole project is evaluated,and the qualitative analysis of the project risk is carried out by using the risk influence and criticality analysis.Thirdly,the analytic hierarchy process is used to quantitatively analyze the identified risks and sort them according to their weights.Finally,according to the result,the corresponding risk response measures are formulated,and scientific risk monitoring scheme and risk prevention process are formulated.Through the research on the risk management of Yun Jin Ying technology O2 O project,this paper establishes a set of reference standards for the risk management system developed by O2 O software project,which helps to improve the success rate of the project.The whole set of scheme can not only help Yun Jin Ying company reasonably and effectively manage project risks and improve the probability of success,but also provide other projects and business with better reference for enhancing risk management awareness and saving production costs.
