The Risk Management Research And Application For BH Company Software Project

Software project is specialized with high level of complexity, technique requirement and replacement, strong timeliness, abstract and difficult-to-measure products, which leads to the high risk of software project itself. Hence the risk management of the software project is very important to improve the success of software system development.This thesis will discuss about the necessity of risk management in the software development project based on existing analyses and theory of software project risk management; I emphasizes on analysis and induction of two phases in risk management: risk recognition and risk analysis and their methodology and value in actual working process. With these most basic theory, the classic risk management model will be introduced into the working process, and will further polish and summarize the whole process of risk management; develop a set of feasible risk management method that would be closer to actual work.With this feasible software project risk management method, the risk management content in my thesis will be applied to the software project of BH Company. My theory will be tested on a specific software development project of BH Company, which will be important to effective risk management of future software project running, reduce the risk of software development and enhance the success rate of software project, in order that the project can be delivered with higher efficiency. I trust my study will be important to the software risk management of BH Company.
