Research On The Coordination Of Tourism Planning And Urban Planning In The Perspective Of Organic Renewal

Urban planning is a blueprint for policy control and guide the development of urban construction.It topped the leading position in urban construction,operation and management.The urban tourism planning,as an important content in the urban planning,will be closely linked to the city and tourism.Therefore,in planning blueprint,urban tourism planning will become an important part of it or an important topic of research,and it can provide a scientific basis for the development of urban tourism.Urban tourism planning and urban planning are all related to the development of tourism.At this point there is a certain intersection between the two,and it is closely related to the development of urban construction and tourism development through tourism.Due to the late start of China’s tourism planning,weak foundation,planning system is not standardized,legalization and systematization.There are a lot of disharmony between them,for example,the renewal of the old city and the protection of the disharmony.Urban organic renewal is not only the physical,economic,and social form of local cities updates,it is also a city of the future sustainable development key,but also an important means to improve the quality of urban tourism development,through a comprehensive renovation and the comprehensive improvement of the organic renewal method of combining urban functions,improve the living environment can be optimized,revitalize the land for industrial development,promoting the transformation and upgrading of the industry,to achieve the sustainable development of social economy,urban tourism and the ultimate goal of hand in hand with the development of urban planning.Studying on the coordination and convergence between urban tourism planning and urban planning from the perspective of urban organic renewal is the dual appeal of tourism development and urban development today.This paper combines qualitative analysis with quantitative evaluation method to study the coordination of urban tourism planning and urban planning from the perspective of urban organic renewal,the main research contents are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the content of the two regulations,the coordination evaluation index system of urban tourism planning and urban planning was constructed.Index system related with the organic update eight primary index and 31 secondary indicators.(2)Using AHP analytic hierarchy process to compare the importance of evaluation index system,using Yaahp software to assign weight to each index,and using the linear weighted method to calculate and evaluate the degree of coordination of the evaluation index system two.(3)An empirical study on the coordination evaluation index system.According to the "Overall planning of Wenzhou city tourism development(2005-2020)" and "Wenzhou city master plan(2003-2020)" as the research object,makes an empirical study on the case.(4)From the perspective of urban organic renewal,discusses the Wenzhou urban planning coordination development strategies and paths,and provide the reference significance for the next round of planning.
