Research On The Key Problems Of The Implementation Of T0D In China's Urban Planning

China is in the stage of rapid urbanization and motorization.Faced with a series of resulting road congestion and increased traffic carbon emissions,domestic cities must take measures to control them.The concept of TOD(Transit-Oriented Development)has been widely applied in European and American countries and is being imitated by many cities in China.Based on this,this paper tries to study the key problems of TOD in China's urban planning based on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars.In the first part,the origin and definition of TOD are further analyzed and the successful experience of TOD in several countries or cities is summarized.And this paper expounds the actual situation of China's urban planning from two aspects: the problem of urban development and the planning system.At last,the differences of TOD model are discussed at home and abroad through the three aspects of urban development stage,target and planning system.In the second part,specific research is carried out on the key problems of TOD in China's urban planning and there are three aspects: adaptability analysis and target research,TOD and domestic planning system combined with research and evaluation of TOD planning scheme.The research on adaptability is discussed from three aspects of urban scale,traffic development mode and transportation facilities construction stage and land resources,and then determines the target of city implementation of TOD.The combination of TOD and domestic planning system is discussed in the framework of urban master plan,control detailed planning and construction detailed planning.The evaluation of the TOD planning scheme is to evaluate the scheme by establishing the appropriate evaluation index system and using the analytic hierarchy process.In the last part,taking shenzhen as an example,this paper carries out the empirical analysis of TOD planning from the implementation of the framework construction and implementation path of TOD,and provides feasible Suggestions for the future urban development of shenzhen city.
