Study On The Economic Growth Effect Of High-Tech Industey Aggiomeration

With the rapid development of high-tech industry,the economic growth effect brought by high-tech industry agglomeration has become the focus of domestic and foreign scholars.The results show that the high level of high-tech industry gathering area,the level of economic development is also higher.Therefore,it is very important to study the economic effect brought by the gathering of high and tech industries.In recent years,the rapid development of high-tech industry in Zhejiang Province,high-tech industry output value increased year by year,thus study on the economic growth effect of high-tech Industry Agglomeration in Zhejiang Province have an important role to its development,Other parts of the country can also be used as a reference.Therefore,the study of this paper in theory and in fact have a certain significance.Based on the concept of high-tech industry agglomeration,this paper takes the theory of high-tech industry agglomeration at home and abroad as the research framework,and analyzes the economic growth effect of high-tech industry agglomeration as the research focus.First of all,this paper combs the research results of high-tech industry agglomeration at home and abroad,On this basis,it introduces the theory,formation mechanism and characteristics of high-tech industry.Then,this paper analyzes the promotion effect of high-tech industry agglomeration on economic growth from four aspects:cost effect,innovation effect,complementary effect and external effect.In empirical part,This paper firstly analyzes the development process and current situation of high-tech industry in Zhejiang Province,and uses the two indicators of location entropy and concentration coefficient to measure the concentration level of high-tech industry in Zhejiang Province.It is concluded that the high-tech industry gathering level of Zhejiang Province is at the national level.And then select the data and establishment of the model,use of factor analysis and regression analysis to study the high-tech industry in Zhejiang Province on the impact of economic growth,at last draw and analyze the conclusions.Finally,this paper puts forward some relevant policy suggestions according to the results of theoretical analysis and empirical research.This paper is divided into six partsThe first part mainly elaborates the research background,the significance of the topic,the research method and the thinking,the possible innovation and the literature review.The literature review mainly summarizes the research on the industrial agglomeration and economic growth effect of the industrial agglomeration.The second part,the theoretical basis part.This part mainly discusses the related concepts,forming mechanism and main features of high-tech industry agglomeration,and provides the theoretical basis for the later analysis.The third part analyzes and studies the economic effect of high-tech industry agglomeration from many angles.The fourth part analyzes the current situation and the gathering level of high-tech industry agglomeration in Zhejiang province.The fifth part is empirical analysis part.First of all,according to the economic effects mentioned above to establish the effect index system,and then select the data to establish the empirical model,makes an empirical study on the economic growth effect of high-tech industry agglomeration in Zhejiang Province,finally test and get conclusion.The sixth part,suggestions and Prospects.According to the empirical results,it is concluded that the role of high-tech industry agglomeration in Zhejiang’s economic growth,and put forward the corresponding development proposals and measures.Through empirical research,we draw the follow conclusions:(1)From the development of high-tech industry in Zhejiang Province,The output value of high-tech industry in Zhejiang Province has been increasing from 1996 to 2015,reaching 528.81 billion yuan by 2015,nearly 20 times higher than that in 1996.The contribution rate of high-tech industry output value to industrial output value of Zhejiang Province has also increased year by year.(2)By comparing the indicators of Zhejiang high-tech industry in 2015 with the national areas,we got this conclusion,Zhejiang Province,the number of high-tech industry enterprises ranked No.3,the average number of employees ranked fourth,total profits ranked No.3,This shows that the high-tech industry in Zhejiang Province has been a good development.(3)Using the location entropy and the concentration coefficient to measure the level of high-tech industry in Zhejiang Province,it is found that the agglomeration level is lower than that of the national high-tech industry.(4)From the results of factor analysis,it can be concluded that the scale effect and innovation effect brought by the high-tech industry cluster in Zhejiang Province can promote the development of its regional economy.
