With transferred by the rapid growth in China’s economy the rapid growth of the new normal economic development, the industrial structure of our country must be restructuring and development, optimization and upgrading, and from elements driven, investment driven model based extensive growth to innovation driven mainly the quality and efficiency of the intensive growth development model. The Yangtze River economic belt is a new round of reform and opening up in China to implement the transformation and upgrading of the industrial development of the new regional development strategy, the high technology industry in the country occupies an important position.
