| Under the condition of market economy,the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.Knowledge is the core competence that can promote the effective development of the enterprise,and it is mainly dependent on the company’s employees.In the final analysis,the competition among enterprises is the talent competition,human resource can not only be able to create benefits for the enterprise but also the development of the capital,so the investment of human capital is related to the survival of the enterprise.Training is the most basic way of human capital investment,and it is also an important part of human resource management.At present,most enterprises of our country has been in a relatively backward level on staff training,therefore,the enterprise should take their own actual situation into account,continue to conduct research and analysis of enterprise training to find suitable staff training mode for itself,only in this way can we truly achieve the expected results of training,staff training has great influence on the company human resource development.This thesis takes Hunan Tyen machinery limited company’s staff training as the research object,according to the analysis of the basic situation of the company and the current situation of human resources,this thesis discusses present situation of staff training in detail by using questionnaire investigation and interview of the staff including the problems.On this basis of the company staff training demand analysis,this paper tries to use the personnel level analysis and the task level analysis,and develop suitable training programs of the employees by confirming staff training objectives,designing training courses and selecting training mode.Finally,this thesis will put forward to establish a core concept of training in the enterprise,increase investment in staff training and establish training incentive mechanism to ensure the implementation of training.Through the research of the issue of staff training of the company,this thesis hopes can improve enterprise’s staff training problems,and explore the suitable employee training system to its actual situation,therefore,the market competitiveness of the enterprise can be improved,the company can achieve a sustainable development in the long run. |
