For modern enterprises,talent competition is the key and critical factor in the market.If an enterprise wants to build its own competitive advantage in the market,it should focus on building and establishing one scientific and efficient human resource management system.Under the challenge of market,enterprise should free itself from traditional daily administrative issues and transfer to di human resource strategic management.On the basis of the actual needs,the enterprises can formulate human resources planning,revitalize the enterprises' human resources,and to be the key which give full play to the subjective initiative and maximize the efficiency of the staffs.In project management,human resources planning is an important part of human resources management.As a kind of knowledge intensive project,communication projects are more demanding on the quantity,structure and quality of human resources.Based on this background,this paper puts forward the problem of human resources planning.In this paper,CDZDD project of GC company as an example,to analyze the current situation of human resource project from three aspects of human resources human resources quantity,structure and quality of human resources and the existing problems,find out where the human resources does not match the project requirements and use the human resources planning to the project again.Before the planning,this paper combines the demand of human resource project model,according to the requirements of the project of human resources quantity,structure and quantity were predicted,found that the current project is lack of leadership middle-aged people,lack of the technical talents,lack of Highly educated personnel,lack of experienced personnel.However,under the premise of limited supply,we can only get through external recruitment to fill some vacancies.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is that the CDZDD project of GC company should face up to the problem of human resources planning,should not pursue the cost control excessively and neglect the human resources management.First things first,it can get through the allocation of human resources within the project to solve the problem of uneven allocation of resources,and then get through the external recruitment of other personnel vacancies.In addition,we can improve the quality of human resources and optimize the structure of human resources through two ways: external recruitment and internal training.In short,it can make sure that human resources match to the project needs and the needs of project development.
