With the outbreak of COVID-19 in China in 2020,the competition in the domestic consumer goods market has become more severe.China realized the importance of strategic human resource planning at the end of the 20 th century,but up to now,both the level of human resource management and human resource management functions are still not perfect.In the increasingly competitive beverage market,enterprises are not only starting to pay attention to improving the level of human resource management to achieve quality and efficiency,but also senior managers attach importance to human resource planning.Enterprises need human resources that match their strategic goals as a strong support,so continuously reserve and cultivate outstanding talents to meet the needs of enterprise development and operation,and escort the sustainable development of enterprises in the future.First of all,this paper takes K Company in the beverage industry as the research object.On the basis of theories related to human resource management and human resource planning,it analyzes the current situation of human resource planning in Company K and examines the main reasons for the problems.Secondly,through the use of trend forecasting method,such as Markov model and other scientific forecasting analysis methods,we carried out the forecast of human resources supply and demand for the next three years for Company K,so as to formulate the implementation plan of human resources planning in line with the development strategy of the enterprise.Finally,it provides K Company with the guarantee strategy of human resource planning,with a view to realizing K Company’s vision of long-term and stable development in the beverage industry in the future.The author hopes that through the case study of K Company,while solving the existing human resource planning problems of the company,it will also provide a reference for the development and optimization of human resource planning programs in the beverage industry and help improve the overall human resource planning level of the industry.
