Study On Property Management Of Small Reservoirs In Jiujiang

With the completion of a new round of reinforcement of small reservoirs in our country,most reservoirs are in a good state of operation.But how to make the reservoir play a long-term and effective role in a healthy and reasonable mechanism,it is necessary to explore a suitable reservoir management scheme.In the field of theoretical research,most scholars focus on the operation and management of large hydro junction projects,but not enough research on the operation management of water conservancy projects with many points,wide surface and small engineering scale.This paper adopts the theoretical analysis and practice of combining research methods,in Jiujiang County,Hukou District,Lian De'an County Rural small reservoir as the research object,The reinforcement of property rights is not clear,and the unknown subject a series of problems such as the status quo,combined with the real estate property management mode,with "separation of management and maintenance" as a concept,referring to the successful experience of other regions of the water conservancy project management,and explore a set of suitable management of small reservoirs in rural areas.The main research contents include: first,the analysis of the current manageme nt situation and existing problems of small reservoirs in Jiujiang;two,the key fact ors of small reservoirs in Jiujiang property management;three,the project type and number of reasonable selection of property management,clear the scope of imple mentation,small reservoir property management content,management standards,the development of the property of management assessment criteria and scoring methods,measurement and management of funds raising,selection of property management companies,the original management personnel placement of these six aspects of ph ysical design of small reservoirs in Jiujiang property of the tube;four,finally from the functions of the government planning,business planning,implementation proces s,evaluation results and the subsequent promotion of the five a property manageme nt scheme in Jiujiang Hukou county planning application.
