Research Methodology Of Conceptual Design For Green Product Based On QFD

Since seventieth Century, industrial development brings the environment pollution and caused global environment deterioration, this situation threat human survival and health. People pay more and more attention to the environmental problems. Discusses the reason why produce environmental problems, is because at present most of the products for the production is not green products. Therefore, to solve environmental problems, realize the sustainable development of human society must produce green product. Most of the environmental problems of products are decided in product design phase, especially the conceptual design of product, so the conceptual design in green product design is vital importance.This paper research the methodology of conceptual design for green product based on QFD. The conceptual design for green product based on QFD, analysis requirements of green product by QFD technology, and find out environmental requirements hidden in the customer requirements, introduction theory of TRIZ, solve green conflict, making the designer were able to meet the customer’s function requirements and performance requirements and meet environment requirements, when developing conceptual design for green product.
