Research On Supply Chain Logistics Management Of F Automobile Manufacturing Company Based On 6-sigma Method

In the context of globalization,competition between enterprises become more and more fierce,the logistics and supply chain as the third profit source of enterprises is becoming more and more important to the enterprise.Supply chain logistics process of F carmaker company are long and complex,and need to control all kinds of variable factors in the management process to ensure the quality and efficiency of supply chain management.The key point of 6-sigma management is to improve the process.Using six-sigma method to improve supply chain logistics management to reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction,:improve enterprise competitiveness.This paper analyzes the current development of domestic automobile industry and automobile industry competition situation.It concluded that to reduce costs is the important way to improve car companies'competition and increase the profit at current situation.Then this paper analyzes supply chain logistics of the F carmaker company,found that two factors influence supply chain logistics cost of F carmaker are finished vehicles inventory and vehicle transportation respectively.After prove the feasibility of applying method of six sigma in supply chain logistics.Supplemented by example of using six-sigma DMAIC model to define the key factors influencing the cost of logistics,which are finished vehicle inventory and transportation.Collect related data and analyze the key factor by using statistical method.Find out the key factors that lead to excessive stock of car inventory and high transportation costs are wholesale forecast and transportation mode.Then to improve key elements and to control in late phase to achieve lower F Company's supply chain logistics cost.
