In the environment of World economic integration, information technology improving, the traditional business model of producing and operation that is in response to market is increasingly is slow and passive, it is more difficult to predict and face the rapidly changing buyer's market. In order to bail out, supply chain management study came into being. Especially the impact of financial crisis in 2008 forced the company to extend the industrial chain, because the longer the industrial chain, the stronger enterprise resist anti-risk ability, therefore, the competitiveness of enterprises have turned to the competition between the supply chain and supply chain. Supply chain management run through the company planning and operational activities and run through the supplier and consumer activities. The key of supply chain management is to make the company's plan and performance together. Supply chain is the network of chains or networks structure formed by suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, until end users, in particular, the essence of the supply chain is the relationship of the supply and demand of the supply chain upstream and downstream, is the division of labor and cooperation of production, distribution, retail and other functions. The logistics create the conditions for the operation of supply chain. Logistics is seen as "the third profit spring"except for the raw materials, and labor. Logistics outsourcing improve the efficiency of logistics operations, can help reduce logistics operating costs, help enterprise, suppliers and distributors to establish cooperation-competition strategic partnerships, and help to construct supply chain system to take logistics or product as a link.Lean logistics is based on supply chain management, adopt cooperation model with third-party logistics, converge the resources, capabilities and technology of logistics service of providers effectively, enforce integration management of supply chain in logistics alliance and to provide rapid, high efficiency, low cost, user-friendly and value-added services for customers. At the same time, Six Sigma is gradually extended and applied in enterprise, is used to discuss the impact of Six Sigma in Logistics. Six Sigma which eliminate variation as a means is clearly based on the data and financial Physical performance as the ultimate goal, it forms a set model of quality improvement - DMAIC, the model which derive from the customer demand, define the key characteristics of product quality and make measurement, to find room for improvement, confirm the quality indicators of the improvement, then analyze the process, to find the factors that affect the characteristics of key products, confirm a small number of key factors to make its optimization. The core of Six Sigma is statistical techniques by a set-based data to analysis, measurement problems, analyze the causes, to improve, optimize and control processes, in order to make the business operation of enterprises to the best effect. From the perspective of the supply chain, first the basic theory of Lean logistics and Six Sigma management are introduced. Secondly the two models are compared from various aspects, explain in detail and analyze the basis and significance of integration, define its mutual application of integration. Thirdly, descript the example of Speed in detail, meanwhile, clarify their application of integration and application integration point with cases. And analyze the reasons for the success of Speed, finally, suggestions are given during the implementation of Lean Six Sigma in enterprise.
