Research On Project Management Of Beijing Railway Bureau Staff’s Training

If the country wants to develop, transportation must go ahead.As to the quality of workers is generally low in railway industry,human resources are the important elements of the elements to achieve leap-forward development goal. Therefore, it is necessary to build a contingent of railway workers with high quality, which requires starting to train workers. But there are some problems in railway training industry, such as backward conception, serious formalization, serious lack of pertinence and timeliness, and these problems are not conducive both to the training work and to improve the enthusiasm of the staff training.Therefore, how to effectively carry out staff training has become a difficult problem for railway staff training. By applying the project management theory and method to the management of the staff training program, we can not only make the theory develop and deepen, but also promote the further development of the project management of the staff training in the transportation industry.Based on the actual situation of the staff training of Beijing Railway Bureau, this paper analyzes project management of Beijing Railway Bureau staff’s training from the perspective of project management applied to the staff’s training according to the theory of project management. Based on systematic analysis and research, taking training project for the high speed conductors of Beijing Railway Bureau as an example, the paper detailed describes each procedure of the five major project management processes, including training project starting, training project planning, training project implementation, training project controlling and training project evaluation. This paper use relevant knowledge of project management to study the management of staff’s training,which will help the railway enterprises to effectively allocate the training resources,so that the training and management level is improved, so that the training is more effective and targeted, and then it provides a better human resources guarantee for the sustainable development of railway enterprises.
