In recent years,as the economy of our country developed dramatically,the demand of talents become very huge in every enterprise.Bank of Z branch H is facing unprecedented talent competition.Talent plays an essential factor in the enterprise development,which related to the destiny of the enterprise.If the core employees leave from the enterprise,the firm would have to face a heave cost.This paper analyzes the factors and adverse impacts of brain drain.On the basis of systematically combing the theory of brain drain,combined with the actual situation of H branch of Z bank,through literature analysis,the existing brain drain factors are summarized first.Then the interview method is used to further understand the demission factors of Z bank H branch turnover staff.Through interviews,we get the characteristics of brain drain of Z bank H branch.Finally,the questionnaire was designed and analyzed in detail.Factors such as job autonomy,career development,supervisor support,salary satisfaction(including salary satisfaction and wage equity),occupational stress and corporate culture were investigated in the questionnaire.The causes of brain drain in H branch of Z bank are comprehensively analyzed.In view of the main reasons of these five aspects of turnover,combined with the successful experience of foreign banks in retaining talents,Z bank H branch put forward the strategy to prevent brain drain:Firstly,according to the different needs of employees,the company need to establish a mechanism of career development to broaden the employee career space.Secondly,the bank should build an attractive salary system.Thirdly,the supervisors need to give enough help and support to the staff.Fourthly,the supervisor should enhance the decentralization and job autonomy.Fifthly,the company should build a positive work atmosphere to relieve work pressure.The significance of this study is to help H bank find the core reasons of talent turnover and puts forward suggestions on the talent retention.The contributuin of the research can help enterprise develop steadily and enhance core competitiveness in the future.The innovation of this research lies in the specific analysis of Z bank H branch's brain drain in recent years.On the basis of interviews,the questionnaire is more detailed and targeted,which improves the scientific nature of the survey,and analyzes the material more rigorous and scientific.According to the direct problem of Z bank H branch itself,we can put forward the solution to effectively alleviate the loss of H branch of Z bank,and lay a good foundation for Z bank H branch to better retain talents,and solve the practical problems.The innovation of the topic of this paper is to study the turnover intention of the H branch of Z bank,and comprehensively analyze and evaluate the salary system and personnel training of the talents.According to the investigation of the reasons for the resignation of Z bank,the bank should adopt the talent attraction and talent retention solution,these methods can effectively solve the Z bank H branch of brain drain problem.
