DT Shoe Co., Ltd. is a retail chain company,that it’s main business is footwearsales. After nearly two decades of development since it was found in1994, the companyhas become a well-known enterprises which possesses of nearly30stores and morethan300employees.While the company has rapidly developed and expanded,it is alsofacing severe brain drain. This will become a serious obstacle to the continueddevelopment of the company’s future.This paper starts from the status of humanresources of the DT Shoe Co., Ltd., makes a comprehensive analysis of the cause of thebrain drain and combines researches related to human resource management theory, putsforward the corresponding countermeasu-res and safeguards to the brain drain of the DTShoe Co., Ltd..Based on the analysis of the specific causes of brain drain DT Footwear Co., Ltd.,the paper summarizes and studys from the internal management problems,imperfectrelated human resources management system, lack of business managementconfiguration and capabilities, proposes targeted countermeasures. To strengthen theinternal management by changing the company’s business model, optimizing thecompany’s work environment, establishing a unique corporate culture, etc.To improvethe relevant system of human resource management by resetting the plan of recruiting,perfecting the training plan, enhancing the incentive of the pay, strengthening thebenefits and other means.To improve the company’s configure and ability to the staff bystrengthening HR staff, enhancing the experience and ability to the recruit staff,enhancing the quality and capacity of the management.Meanwhile, this paper alsoproposes safeguards related countermeasures to prevent the brain drain.To security themeasures implementation to preventing the brain drain and enhance the stability of DTShoe Co., Ltd. by five aspects of strengthening the assess the effect of the recruitment,strengthening the supervision of the completionof the training, strengthening thesupervision of the implementation of the remune-ration system, strengthening theassessment of the management, strengthening the company’s capital investment.Through the analysis and research of the paper, provides a theoretical basis andpractical guidance to prevent brain drain of the DT Shoe Co., Ltd..
