Human resources as a first resource more and more importance in enterprises, andhuman resource are those with strong management skills, research ability, creativity andexpertise capabilities, and can make a greater contribution to society. Huating Coal Groupmine Materials Company mine development, human resource played a key role, but with theend of the coal industry “gold period of development”, industry competitors competing toattract talent, a large number of highly qualified personnel outflow from the company.Training is not just the loss of the backbone of the cost of the loss of business, they also tookaway the core knowledge, technology, information and other important informationenterprises seriously affected the healthy and steady development of the company, but alsogreatly weakened the company’s market competitiveness.This paper combining modern human resource management theory of brain drain,analysis of the Huating Coal Group mine Materials Company ’s problems deeply. Bycollecting through literature, inner deep research for frontline staff and management, I countthe status quo and the impact of brain drain, the fact behind of the brain drain is the corporateculture lack cohesion, performance appraisal mechanism is not perfect, the staff are lack ofcareer planning and the company ignored the personnel training plan. According to the actualsituation as the company, establish the early warning of brain drain mechanisms, reshapingthe corporate culture, improving performance management system and strengthen the careermanagement of the backbone and the other. To make the problem of brain drain is resolved,and the company maintained the advantage in the fierce market competition.
