| Retail chain logistics is an integral part of city life,and it is also one of the main factors causing traffic congestion and other problems.Joint Distribution proves to be a rational method to solve problems of urban logistics distribution in Europe and other developed countries.However,due to the immaturity of benefits distribution of joint distribution,there is no large-scale promotion in our country.This paper attempts to explore the benefits distribution method of joint distribution on retail chain through the use of a variety of methods and considering various factors.In the previous study,the methods used were relatively single and the factors influencing profit distribution were also considered biased.First of all,the paper comes up with a benefits distribution method which is combined with diverse distribution methods and considers overall factors influencing the benefits distribution.Based on summarization of relevant research results,this paper analyses the factors influencing the benefits distribution of chain retailing alliance and establishes the evaluation index system,using complex systems theory and cooperative game theory and considering the dual factors of cooperation and competition,.Thirdly,the paper gets the final influencing factors and the evaluation index system of benefits distribution for joint distribution alliance and defines more detailed measurement indicators by using the GEM method which can overcome the inconsistent of judgment matrix effectively.According to the influencing factors and the evaluation index system got above,the paper builds two-phase benefits distribution process model based on improved input-Raiffa method,which combines with diverse methods and considers the overall input factors.In the first phase,or the alliance construction phase,the benefits distribution plan that the alliance members are relatively satisfied with is determined.In the second phase,initial benefits distribution plan is modified to get the final equitable benefits distribution plan according to the actual operation situation of alliance,with cost,risk and contribution as adjustment factors.Finally,the paper applies the model to the case.The results indicate that this method needs only simple calculations and requires less known conditions,and can effectively avoid problems such as average allocation,which makes the plan with overall rationality and worthy of popularization and application in the joint distribution alliance.The paper narrows the research object of benefits distribution to the level of micro enterprises,and it not only enhances the depth of the research on joint distribution of retail chain,but also improves the applicability of research results to joint distribution entities and promotes the rationalizing of benefits distribution.Furthermore,it promotes the development joint distribution which pursues environmental benefits,economic benefits and sustainable development of society. |
