| With the advent of the internet era,things networking,cloud computing,the maturity of large data technology,and the government has fully advocated the development strategy of “Internet+”.The frequency of circulation of goods has been accelerated,and e-commerce has ushered in rapid development opportunities throughout the world.On the one hand,the full coverage of the network and the convenience of mobile payment,more consumers began to choose the network shopping,the distribution of urban logistics demand is also getting bigger.On the other hand,the base of direct supply,scheduled pre-sale,OTO and other new modes of circulation,fragmented and demanding the growing demand for distribution,these require logistics and distribution enterprises to improve distribution capacity and improve distribution services as soon as possible.The traditional distribution enterprises because of the dispersed customer demand,low efficiency,scale effect has not yet formed and high labor costs,vehicle no-load rate and operating costs generally higher,making the distribution enterprise profit difficulties.Therefore,it is an effective development idea to set up urban joint distribution alliance among urban distribution enterprises,and joint distribution,as an effective form of resource integration,can effectively solve the problems in the development of enterprise and urban distribution.But the urban joint Distribution Alliance involves a number of participating enterprises,as well as various resources and human equipment input,in the process of income distribution inevitably exist differences,which will eventually lead to the failure of the alliance.Therefore,it is an important issue in the development and construction of urban joint distribution that how to distribute the income of the alliance fairly and reasonably.This paper will study the income distribution of urban joint distribution Alliance,through the analysis and summary of the traditional classical income method,it is found that the traditional income method can reach the basic distribution requirement,but the distribution mode is unitary,and the characteristics of the city distribution are not taken into account,and the difference between the distribution enterprises is easy to produce conflict.The traditional way of income does not take into account the differences in different aspects of the enterprises,from the results of the distribution of income can not play a role in promoting and stimulating the alliance enterprises,and the lack of the background of the development of the era,can not meet the requirements of sustainable development under the social Low-carbon green environment.Therefore,this paper on the distribution of income in urban Joint distribution Alliance,combined with the characteristics of the city Joint Distribution Alliance,the paper selects the classical income distribution model Raiffa method to carry on the preliminary allocation by weighing various traditional income methods.On the basis of this,it is found that the input cost of the enterprise and the risk that the Enterprise undertakes for the alliance.,customer feedback to logistics tasks,as well as the contribution of green logistics will affect the overall benefits of the alliance,so the cost,risk,service,ecology four factors as a correction factor,each impact factor evaluation,four factors to determine the final correction coefficient,In the classical income distribution model,the Raiffa method is amended to obtain the final income distribution.Finally,an example is used to verify the revised model of distribution of income in urban joint distribution alliance.The analysis shows that the result of the modified distribution becomes more reasonable.It can effectively prevent the lazy and free rider behavior of the alliance members,and it can stimulate the enthusiasm of the company,help the overall strength of the alliance,and make the greatest contribution to the development of the city’s ecological environment. |
