In recent years,with the support of big data,a lot of large e-commerce platforms develop precise marketing,avid online shopping instantly realize billions of transactions.However,a large amount of parcel logistics has become an important issue in the development of e-commerce bottleneck.In order to solve the logistics problems,improve the logistics system extending billions from JD,Alibaba heavily invested to build a network novice,then good luck together four logistics giant to build a " the science and technology of Hive box ",the major electricity supplier logistics enterprises emphasis visible evident.In boost modern technology,although some large enterprises in terms of improved automated sorting,distribution paths,but since the end of the logistics and distribution of small-volume,high-frequency,time,and other characteristics,end electricity supplier logistics companies and distribution costs high,poor service,over-wrapped packaging,parcel recycle recycling rate,express serious information leakage.A courier from the issue to reach the hands of customers,through which many links,from the information entered into the parcel sorting,to the express delivery,each link may have resulted in information disclosure.The end logistics of joint distribution as a new distribution model,be expected to break the "last kilometer" problem.However,the end of the implementation of logistics and joint distribution pattern rate is very low in practice.Due to the formation of coalition operations,cost-sharing,the distribution of benefits and other issues unresolved.At present,domestic and foreign experts and scholars around the end of e-commerce logistics and distribution cost allocation issues much research literature,and electricity supplier logistics and distribution companies solve imminent problems,and thus cost-sharing research Joint Distribution Union is particularly important.Based on the above,in order to ending the electricity supplier logistics and joint distribution cost sharing for the study,the paper main research the under four aspects:(1)Focused on e-commerce,logistics,terminal and distribution relationship between the joint distributions,summed up the end of the distribution chain logistics bottleneck of e-commerce development,and thus the end of the e-commerce logistics and distribution features,as well as issues such as pattern analysis.(2)To carding joint distribution alliance formation motives,the Union must build targets,member selection,formation process,mode of operation,coordination mechanism to explore,to effectively promote the end of the Joint Distribution foundation.(3)Proposed corporate personalized service delivery factors encourage service innovation alliance members.In the existing literature from the enterprise resource value,time delay distribution business,enterprise risk assumed,the basis for enterprise annual distribution quantity research on the cost-sharing for the new period to the end consumer logistics strongly differentiated service demand,timely personalized service and distribution business factors.(4)Analyzed of the e-commerce logistics Joint Distribution problem.Through the above studies,get the following conclusions:(1)the distribution of the total cost is less than the formation of alliances and distribution of the total cost of the former Union established to enhance the overall effectiveness of the league.(2)Each member of the Union’s share of distribution costs are less than the former Union formed a separate distribution costs and enhance the individual benefits.(3)Union no longer assessed Equalization,the greater the contribution rate for the league,it costs much more to get relief.As an outstanding members of the personalization and distribution services,the greater cost reduction to ensure fairness between individuals,to stimulate innovation dynamic alliance members.Finally,based on the study,conclude the following management recommendations:(1)In order to create a joint distribution alliance to reduce logistics cost,logistics companies complement each other and work together.(2)To improve the customer stickiness,deeply electricity supplier logistics market must demand the innovation of logistics service system.(3)Optimization partner selection mechanism to ensure stable operation of the league.
