The strategic architecture planning of the financial sharing service center is the structural planning of the shared center.In the process of strategic planning many enterprises choose the pilot as a starting point,developing the regional center to the group center as the development of ideas when they construct the financial sharing service center.But in the integration and optimization of the implementation process will encounter many problems and will be under the multi-pressure,if there is no reasonable integration program to solve these problems the construction of the financial sharing service center will be defeated.In the research structure,the first chapter of this paper mainly introduces the realistic background and theoretical background of the strategic structure optimization of the financial sharing service center,and summarizes the relevant literatures,leads to the research purpose and significance of this paper.The second chapter is related to the optimization of the strategic structure theories,and elaborated the financial sharing service center strategic structure classification and evolution.This chapter is the theoretical basis of this article.The third chapter introduces the basic situation of J Group,introduces the strategic structure planning and development of Financial Sharing Service Center in this group,and summarizes the necessity of J Group's strategic structure optimization.In the fourth chapter,the author analyzes the practice base of J Group in the implementation of strategic structure optimization,and puts forward the five difficulties that need to be solved in the process of optimization of strategic structures.Chapter 5 provides a concrete practice for the strategic structure optimization of J Group Financial Sharing Service Center,solves the difficult problems raised by the above,and analyzes the effect of strategic structure optimization.The following conclusions are drawn from this paper:(1)Under the current strategic structure,J Group has three problems: the group control ability is weak,the unnecessary expenditure cost is too high,and the internationalization strategy support level is low,so J group financial sharing service center strategic structure optimization is necessary.(2)In the process of optimizing the strategic structure of J Group,we will encounter difficulties from five aspects such as site selection and pilot identification,organizational positioning determination,negative mood of the group and negative emotions of the staff,as well as difficulty in advancing overseas centers.In the process of structural adjustment,we should solve the specific problems from these five aspects.(3)In the design of the specific implementation plan of the strategic structure,this paper defines five group-level financial sharing service centers and carries on the location planning.At the same time,the detailed planning and analysis of organizational orientation selection,agreement signing,personnel communication and overseas center in the process of optimizing the strategic structure are carried out.In addition to solve the above five difficulties,the strategic structure optimization is a planning process from top to bottom,but also from the bottom of the reform process,should be steadily,and gradually advance.(4)After optimizing the strategic structure of J Group Financial Sharing Service Center,it can improve the control ability of the Group's headquarters to the subsidiaries,make the economies of scale to a greater extent,promote the integration and distribution of resources,and match the strategic development of J Group's globalization.
