| In 2007,Guangdong province started to develop some industrial technology roadmaps(ITRM)which were organized by government and focused on different industries.When Guangdong province developed the ITRM,they referenced the T-Plan method which is developed by the technology management center of Cambridge University for the enterprises to start up TRM fast.However,the T-Plan method is not completely suited for ITRM,because of the special context that the organizer of ITRM is government and the aim of ITRM is policy orientation.Thus,it may influence the development and output of ITRM if simply reference the T-Plan method.However,there is no suitable method design for ITRM with specific context.Therefore,the thesis adopts the case study method and selects 18 ITRMs of Guangdong province as cases,to analyze the similarities and differences of the context and the method design between different ITRM.The result as follows:(1)The common features of method design between different ITRMs are the way of dividing time interval,the subject of main layers and the activity arrangements of development process;(2)The overall time span and the type of framework of roadmap are the differences of method design between different ITRMs;(3)The initiator,aim,intended users,analytical unit,available resource,participants and available information are the common context dimensions of different ITRMs;(4)The aim,object of ITRM and the scope are the differences of context between different ITRMs.On the basis,the thesis analyzes the differences of method design and the differences of context to recognize how the context influences the method design of ITRM.The result as follows:(1)The aim influences the overall time span of the framework of ITRMs;(2)The object influences the overall time span of the framework of ITRMs;(3)The scope influences the types of framework of ITRM;(4)The scope influences the specific issue of the workshops in the development phase. |
