Research On Classification Of Industrial Technology Roadmap Based On Text Ming

In recent years,with the emergence of major changes in the industrial paradigm(eg,Industry 4.0,Internet +,etc.),technological innovation and industrial development have become increasingly rapid,and the technology roadmap has become increasingly widespread as a tool for industrial technology management and planning,so far has generated a large number of industrial technology roadmap reports.Collecting these existing reports and excavating their textual information can help experts to quickly and effectively interpret the industrial technology roadmap,providing reference and guidance for stakeholders to carry out corresponding activities and develop corresponding technology roadmaps.This article takes the industrial technology roadmap as the research object,firstly gathers the global industrial technology roadmap report,analyzes the characteristics of its report distribution through the literature analysis method,and builds the roadmap list based on the needs of the “long-term strategic research”.Then through case studies,we construct the framework of the text mining framework from three perspectives: text frame information,text content information,text picture information,summarizing the text frame and content information description,combing the text expression features,and solving the industry technology roadmap report is not unified.Structural problems lay the theoretical foundation for the text mining of technology roadmaps.Then,in order to solve the problems that the increasing number of roadmap researches are mainly dependent on experts and the roadmap experts are scarce,time-costly reading one by one,and difficult to track in time,the text mining method is introduced into the research of the technology roadmap: based on K-means to the energy field route the graph text frame is clustered to explore the text classification features of the roadmap;based on Support Vector Machine,the collected roadmap texts of the whole field are classified,and the framework of the industrial technology roadmap framework is verified and popularized.Based on the above steps,557 global industrial technology roadmap reports are collected,and the industrial technology roadmap is divided into 4 categories based on vision,technology,action and path through the use of text clustering and classification methods to realize the information extraction of the text framework of the global industrial technology roadmap.
