In the era of economic globalization and information network,the traditional banking business has been greatly impacted,in which the credit consuming loan business has been transformed into an important profit project of financial institutions from a few years ago,and the demand is increasing in the customer base.But credit consumption loan,because of its flexible and changeable form,the short-term fast demand makes it the difference between the traditional bank business,the many thinking habits of practitioners must make corresponding changes.Now the major banks have been through independent departments and even the form of independent subsidiaries to join the consumer loan market,and for such an independent department or subsidiary,what kind of way to manage,what kind of method to build the team,is the focus of this article to explore.In the normal operation of the company,team building plays a fundamental role.This article takes Hangzhou consumer finance company as the research object,builds the team Construction Appraisal Index system,in summing up the previous research on the team building,using the AHP method to set weights for each index,using the grey relational degree theory to establish the team evaluation model of Hangzhou consumer finance company,through the field investigation of the company,the data from 2012 to 2015 are obtained,and the results of the team construction of Hangzhou consumer finance company are evaluated by data.Finally,the paper proposes an effective countermeasure to optimize the company's team building.The research shows that the overall level of the company's team is increasing yearly,and the management status is lowest in the grey relational degree and there are many problems in the management performance,management status and development quality dimension.In terms of each indicator,annual loan amount per capita,employee turnover rate,undergraduate and above staff ratio,customer service quality and the rate of new non-performing loans,annual loan overdue rate and other indicators of correlation score trend volatility is greater,there is no stable development trend.
