| In the21century, along with the international oil prices, domestic oil drilling equipment market competition becomes increasingly fierce. Oil drilling equipment itself belongs to high-end technology and equipment, including technical service requirements is very high, the role of construction high technical service team in this situation in the development of enterprises has become increasingly prominent, and then determines the development of enterprises and enhances its competitiveness in the face of the end user.In such a grim situation, the oil drilling equipment enterprises should be how to face? To how to adapt to the competition, each new case in high technology service talent competition remain invincible in battle. It has become one of the subjects in front of the enterprise need to solve.
