Research On Project Manager Training System Of ZGH Construction Enterprise Based On Competency Model

As China’s economic development into the "new normal",the construction industry is facing increasingly fierce market competition.Project manager in the construction of enterprise development in the role of more and more prominent,and its related factors can play a decisive role in the prerequisite.Practice has proved that,from the actual project management and project manager positions from the ability to establish a project manager from the training system,and training of project managers is to enhance the ability of the project manager the main way.Therefore,the construction of competency-based project training system to become construction enterprises to enhance the level of project management need to focus on solving the problem.This paper introduces the theory of the training system,the theory of the competence of the post and the training theory based on the post competency.It is found that the corresponding training system can better solve the existing problems from the perspective of competency.Then,with the help of competency theory and questionnaire survey method from individual ability,professional ability,professional knowledge and ability three aspects to construct the ZGH construction enterprise project manager competency model,and based on the model of ZGH is built for project managers of construction enterprises training system.Third,from the training needs analysis,training content and methods to determine the control of the training process,the application of the above training system,and finally the application effect of the construction of the corresponding assessment methods and steps.Finally,from the strengthening of competency model training management system construction,timely adjust and update the competency model and learning map and other aspects of the corresponding safeguard measures.According to the development trend of construction industry and the competency model construction method,construction of the construction enterprise project manager training system,the system for other construction enterprises in China project manager can havecertain reference significance to enhance.
