| As Agency Construction industry has developed and gradually become mature, more and more enterprises enter this industry.The competition of this industry is getting more and more severe and diversified. The competition has gone through government relations-oriented stage, technology&experience-oriented stage, and come to comprehensive service competition stage. The typical model of the Agency construction is BT model. A great number of agent construction managers who has market sensitivity and innovation capability are involved in this industry. They are able to operate, to innovate and to develop this industry. It is a common topic of agency industry on how to train and improve this man power.Based on LQ group’case, this paper study on the topic of how to train agency construction managers. It contains five chapters:The first chapter is introduction, which mentions it is an urgent demand to improve the ability of AC manager after the rapid development of construction industry; The second chapter is the related theory reviews, which theoretically studied feasibility of designing the training system based on competency model; The third Chapter study on how to build AC manager’s competence model which can meet the industry’s development; The forth Chapter separately design the training system from the core competency characteristics, leadership qualities and other aspects to enrich the current training system; Chapter Five is the conclusion.This paper try to establish agent construction manager’s competence model according to industry tendency and LQ’s strategy, then design the targeted training programs on the base of the Competency models. This training programs are targeted to improve the AC manager from professional specialists to the comprehensive talents who can implement LQ’s strategy and execute construction project perfectly. This research intends to provide some experience and good advice on how to train managers of agency construction industry. |
