Research On The Construction And Application Of Project Manager Competency Model Of JSY Company

In recent years,environmental pollution has become the focus of national concern;the whole people committed to improving the environment and improve the quality of the environment.Landscaping industry with the needs of the times,as a stream of optimization of the environment,landscaping industry in many industries stand out and is quickly developing.Garden Construction Company as the manager of landscape project construction,is responsible for project results.And the project manager as a direct leader in garden project management,who has the project organization and the leadership.Not only the manager protects the profits of the entire company,the company’s reputation,but also related to the sustained and healthy development of enterprises.It can be seen that the project manager in the garden construction enterprise project management system as the core management positions,and its importance is self-evident.In this paper,through the research of the project manager of the garden company,this paper analyzes the competency model of the project manager in different fields,and finds out the competency characteristics that the project manager should produce high performance work.And with the JSY project manager position analysis and enterprise development strategy objectives,through the behavior of the event interviews and questionnaires,the project manager competency elements are screened.Finally,based on the existing data,the competency model is constructed and the model is validated.In this paper,the background and significance of the research are expounded firstly.Based on the collection and collation of the literature and related materials,the understanding of competency and its model theory are deepened,and the present situation of project manager’s competency at home and abroad are summed up,which is a bright spot in this article.Secondly,on the basis of discussing the theory of project manager competency model,taking JSY project manager as an example.Through the analysis and analysis of the problems existing in human resource management and project management of JSY company,this paper constructs the competency model of JSY company project managers.Thirdly,this competency model is applied in the recruitment,training and performance management of the Company.Finally,the conclusion is given,and the shortcomings are pointed out and the future work is expected.Through the research of this paper,not only it constructs the competency model of project manager of JSY company,but also improves the effectiveness of project management,and provides reference for the research of other post competency model of garden enterprise.
