Under the background of "no speculation in housing",the operating environment of the real estate industry has changed dramatically,and the industry has shown the trend of diversification,centralization,capitalization and internationalization.Talents,as the basis of enterprise management and development,are urgently needed by compound and high-quality management personnel,especially in the new situation of real estate industry development.Emphasizing on training and development of talents is the guarantee of realizing the long-term development strategy of enterprises and establishing a comprehensive and modern management system.L Group has experienced more than 20 years of development,the layout of real estate industry has a certain scale.However,in the process of project expansion and operation mode upgrading,there are problems of unclear standards for the use of talents and immature training system within the enterprise.Faced with the VUCA era,L Group must focus on enterprise development strategy,implement the training and development of core talents,and connect more elements such as talent inventory,competency model and succession plan with training system,so as to lay a solid foundation for enterprise talent training[1],so as to enable enterprises to grasp opportunities,cope with industry competition,adapt to market changes and achieve new leaps in development[2].In this paper,on the basis of previous studies on training and development,competency model construction and application and other related theories,under the guidance of enterprise development strategy,L Group established a training system for project general manager based on post competency model.On the one hand,I hope to play a supplementary and perfect role in the current competency model from the construction of theory to practical application;on the other hand,L Group is a representative private real estate enterprise.I hope this study can provide some inspiration and reference for the training and development of project managers and human resources management of the same type of real estate enterprises.
