| On December 6th 2013,the China Ministry of Finance issued the “Work Norm of Enterprise Accounting Informatization"(finance [2013] No.20)and it was implemented on January 6th 2014.The norm states that large companies that have large number of subsidiaries with wide distribution should explore and utilize information technology to promote the concentration of accounting functions,and gradually construct a Financial Shared Service Center(FSSC).In such a large environment,the development and planning strategy of financial organization of Internet group C decided to do financial restructuring with the establishment of Financial Shared Service Center in 2015.First of all,in regards to the process of payable management coping with the construction of financial sharing: requirement starts from payable,and through self-constructed financial products,depending on different front-end business payment and its related affairs,needs to follow the principle of unified payment control / process / management based on the concept of service sharing.We will continue to carry out the establishment of the unified platform including receivable sharing,tax sharing,and financial management,in order to provide the technical strength and driving force for the construction of the financial sharing center.As a result,company C has built a series of internal financial products around the financial sharing services and also has implemented the way of sharing service information.Moreover,it will return the achievements of informatization to the financial sharing service operation.The first and second chapter introduces the background,significance,literature review,and theoretical basis.In the third and fourth chapter,based on the collection and analysis of relevant data in numerous fields,this paper analyzes the status and problems of financial operation of company C by using PEST model,Porter's five forces model and SWOT analysis method.The fifth chapter,based on the financial sharing theory,puts forward the optimization of company C's financial sharing service strategy,so as to improve the comprehensive ability of financial operation in the increasingly competitive environment.The sixth chapter lays out the safeguards for the implementation of the financial sharing service.Through careful study,the author has drawn the following conclusions(1)financial sharing can greatly enhance the financial operation efficiency and efficiency of the group which is in fact the trend,(2)the Internet industry itself by nature involves rapid development and changes.It is better than many other industries in terms of its technical ability reserve,and its attempt and innovation of the financial sharing service model is worthier of reference,(3)Internet group C ranked as one of the world's top Internet companies,how to fulfill the various needs of different users in the ecological group,how to use technical means to provide a powerful and scalable ability of shared service which can be replicable,and hence offering strategies and solution methods,(4)cloud-based products and artificial intelligence will have a huge impact on traditional shared services organization and operating methods,(5)the future of financial sharing service will be based on the cores of ‘platform service + lean operation + technology products + financial rules',platform service guarantees rapid access to different lines of business,lean operation ensures the service efficiency of shared services,technology products assures the continuous improvement of service operating method and intelligent service,financial rules guarantees to complete the appropriate service at the right stage through evolution of the financial operation process of sharing services. |
