At present,Internet technology has driven the rapid development of e-commerce.In 2018,the total scale of Chinese e-commerce reached 28.4 trillion yuan.Under the background of rapid development of e-commerce,the B-side market ushered in a heyday.In 2018,B-side sales amounted to 11.6 trillion,accounting for 40 % of the total size of e-commerce.However,in the new era of rapid development,the research on corporate strategic performance evaluation is very backward.Most enterprises have adopted a single financial performance-oriented performance assessment method,making it difficult for enterprises to combine their development strategies with corporate management performance.Affected the long-term sustainable development of enterprises.It is found that most of these e-commerce platform enterprises also lack a strategic performance evaluation system that is compatible with the background of the new era.Most enterprises equate performance evaluation with employee task assessment and enterprise management assessment.Further controlling the development of enterprise strategy,however,this evaluation method only stays on the surface,and does not really integrate enterprise development strategy into enterprise performance management process,ignoring the construction of performance management and consistency with enterprise strategic management goals.This paper takes enterprise communication group as the research object,takes strategic performance evaluation theory and balanced scorecard theory as the basic theoretical basis,firstly,analyzes the present situation and the main problems existing in corporate strategic performance evaluation.This paper systematically analyzes the disconnection between strategic performance evaluation system and enterprise development strategy,the unreasonable design of strategic performance evaluation indicators,and the lack of feedback from evaluation results.Secondly,based on the analysis of the characteristics of the company industry,a strategic performance evaluation system based on the balanced scorecard is constructed.By establishing the strategic performance evaluation system of the company's balanced scorecard,transforming the company's strategic layer into measurable indicators,and assigning the weights of each indicator through the analytic hierarchy process,the priorities and priorities of the work goals are different.Finally,on the basis of the implementation of the strategic performance evaluation system of the company,some safeguard measures are put forward,and a complete set of strategic performance evaluation programs is formed.Through the research of this paper,it solves the problems such as the low level of company management and the single strategic performance evaluation method,which can't effectively reflect the development of company strategy.At the same time,it also provides theoretical and practical basis for other similar enterprises.
