Modern enterprise management has entered into the era of strategic managementtopics,Light salt group as an integrated group of a set of salt, light industry, Themeaning and significance of strategic management can not be ignored. In order torespond to rapidly changing external environment and continue to maintain stabledevelopment, the group began to implement the significant strategic adjustmentduring the12th Five-Year Plan period, in the Group’s institutional restructuringadjustments to optimize critical stage,Strategic Enterprise Management capability isa great test. How to build scientific performance evaluation system, optimize theinternal management mechanism,promote the effective implementation of the Group’sstrategy and boot foster long-term competitiveness of the Group for the next round ofgroup development has far-reaching significance.This paper on the basis of absorbing and learnning from the advanced experienceof domestic and international corporate performance management, introduced thebalanced scorecard concept, designed and researched the Performance EvaluationSystem of the Group. Analysis of the paper argues that Light Salt Group’s currentperformance evaluation system has a single assessment indicators, control andperformance evaluation guide inconsistent performance standards of comparability,the lack of fairness and incentive problems existing performance evaluationmechanism. In order To solve the above problems, this paper based on the BalancedScorecard, presents a performance evaluation system design of light salt Group. Theprogram on two levels and departments from Group Headquarters, respectivelyestablished the performance evaluation of strategic target and index weight. Amongthis paper, the departments’design programs caseing in salt business detailedanalyzes the relationship between the department and the architecture of data betweenthe various indicators. This paper argues that the new Balanced Scorecard StrategicPerformance Evaluation system can help manage the effectiveness of the Group’sstrategy to play, promote value creation and value distribution group and better meetthe requirements of the Group of steady and balanced development. Results of thisstudy, not only in the Enterprise Performance Management Balanced Scorecardeffective application, but also provides for reference Reference demonstration forother companies in the same industry.
